An inactivity fee of €3 per month applies if your account records no transactions (payment, deposit, withdrawal, direct debit, or transfer) for 9 consecutive months. This fee will be charged from the 10th month of inactivity.
Conditions of the inactivity fee
- The inactivity fee will no longer be charged as soon as you make a new transaction.
- If your account balance is zero, no inactivity fee will be deducted, even retroactively.
How to avoid inactivity fees
To avoid inactivity fees, you have several options:
- Make a transaction: A single payment, deposit, withdrawal, or transfer will reset the inactivity period.
- Close your account: If you no longer intend to use your account, you can follow these steps to close your account.
