If you no longer wish to use your Sogexia account, you can close it by following these steps.

Steps to close your Sogexia account

  1. Check your account balance: Before requesting account closure, make sure your balance is zero (€0). If you still have funds in the account, follow the steps below to retrieve them.
  2. Transfer any remaining funds: Transfer the remaining funds to another account. If you encounter difficulties accessing your account or making the transfer, contact customer support via the contact form.
  3. Contact customer support to request account closure: To finalise the closure, contact customer service by clicking on the ‘Do you need help?’ button (or the ‘Message’ icon if you're on mobile) at the bottom right of the screen
  4. Receive confirmation of closure: Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the definitive closure of your account.
