Are instant transfers available?

Instant transfers are available for receipt on your Sogexia account.

You can now receive instant transfers on your Sogexia account. This service allows you to access transferred funds within just a few seconds, 24/7, giving you greater flexibility and responsiveness in managing your finances.

How much does this service cost?

Receiving instant transfers is offered at the same rate as a standard incoming SEPA transfer.

Why might receiving an instant transfer fail?

As with standard transfers, receiving an instant transfer may fail in certain situations:

  • Account blockage: If your account is subject to restrictions or has been blocked, transfers, including instant transfers, cannot be credited. Find out the possible reasons for an account blockage.
  • Exceeding the authorised limit: For the security of its users, Sogexia has set maximum thresholds for instant transfer operations. Any incoming instant transfer exceeding these thresholds will be automatically rejected. Do not contact your customer advisor to inquire about these thresholds; they are confidential, may vary depending on several factors, and are subject to change.

To ensure successful receipt of your instant transfers, make sure your account complies with the terms and conditions of use.
