I have not received the validation code by SMS

To secure your important operations (such as adding a beneficiary, ordering a card, etc.), a validation code is sent to you via SMS. If you have not received this code, there may be several reasons why.

Phone number not updated

Ensure that your phone number is up to date in your client area to guarantee you receive the code.

Potential blocking by phone companies

Some phone companies may block validation SMS for security reasons, especially those sent to SIM cards without a subscription (such as Lycamobile), which are sometimes associated with fraudulent use. In this case, we recommend contacting your phone company to lift the block.

Network outage

In the event of a temporary network outage, it is possible that an SMS may not reach you.

Solutions to receive your code 

If you have trouble receiving your code via SMS, you can obtain it via a phone call:

  1. On the code entry page, click Receive the code via a call.
  2. Call the number displayed on your screen from the phone number associated with your Sogexia account.
  3. A robot will provide the validation code orally.
