My referral has not been taken into account

There are two reasons why your referrals might not appear on the "My Referrals" page of your Sogexia account (in the "Referral Programme" tab):

  1. Private Browsing Mode
    If your referral used private browsing mode when opening their account, cookies wouldn’t have been saved in their browser, preventing our system from linking them to your account as a referral.

  2. Existing Account
    If your referral previously opened a Sogexia account, even if they didn’t complete the registration, they can’t be added as your referral.

In either case, if you believe the referral should be validated, please get in touch with us via our contact form. Be sure to include your referral’s login ID or IBAN so we can investigate and, if possible, manually link them to your account. This way, both of you can enjoy the benefits of the referral programme.
