My referral has not been taken into account

There are 2 reasons why your referee does not appear on your page "My referees" of your Sogexia account (tab "Referral programme").

  • Your referee was browsing in private mode. With this mode your web browser does not store cookies. Yet, cookies are needed for our referral programme to work properly. When someone clicks on a referring link, a cookie is stored on his browser in order to link him to his referrer.
  • Your referee had already opened a Sogexia account.

If your referee hadn't any Sogexia account before, please send us an e-mail with his username or Sogexia IBAN. We will then be able to link it manually to your account so that both of you could benefit from the bonus.
