I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password to access your Sogexia account, follow these steps to reset it.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page

    Visit https://my.sogexia.com.

  2. Select "Username or password forgotten?"

    On the login page, click the link "Username or password forgotten?"

  3. Choose the "Password" option

    Select Password, then enter your login username.

  4. Receive the reset Email

    An email containing a reset link will be sent to you. Click the link to start the process. If you don’t receive this email, check your spam or junk mail folders. Note that the email is valid for 15 minutes. After this time, the link will expire.

  5. Receive the confirmation code via SMS

    A validation code will be sent to you via SMS to the phone number linked to your account. Enter this code to confirm your identity.

  6. Choose a new password

    Once the code is validated, you can set a new password for your account. Ensure it is secure and easy to remember.

Tips if You Encounter Difficulties

If you are unable to reset your password, check the following:

  • Correct username: Ensure you entered the correct username when requesting the reset.
  • Spam folder: The reset email may be in your spam or junk mail folders.
  • Most recent email: If you requested multiple reset emails, use the most recent link for the process to work.
