- Click on the "Card deposit" tab of your Sogexia online account;
- Click on the "Add a new card" button;
- Enter the information of your card in the form then validate;
- A debit of 1,50€ will be made on the bank account linked to the card that you have used. This debit will be accompanied by a 4 digits number in the description field of the transaction. You will then need to enter this code on your Sogexia online account (tab "Card deposit" then click on the pending card to enter the code). For information, the debit of 1,50€ can take 2 to 3 days before being displayed on the transaction history of your bank;
- Once your card has been verified, you will then be able to use it to load your Sogexia account in real-time.
This process is used in order to verify that you are the owner of the bank account linked to the credit card that you wish to use to load your Sogexia account.
