You can update several personal details directly from your Sogexia client area.
To change the email address associated with your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to the Settings tab.
- Click on Update my data, then Email.
- Enter your new email address.
- A validation email will be sent to your new address; click the link in this email to confirm the change.
- A verification code will be sent via SMS to secure the modification and validate the update.
Important
- Changed phone number or email address: If you do not receive the verification code or confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
