How to Change the Email Address Linked to My Account?

You can update several personal details directly from your Sogexia client area.

To change the email address associated with your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Click on Update my data, then Email.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. A validation email will be sent to your new address; click the link in this email to confirm the change.
  5. A verification code will be sent via SMS to secure the modification and validate the update.

  • Changed phone number or email address: If you do not receive the verification code or confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
