How to Change My Password?

You can update several personal details directly from your Sogexia client area.

To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Update my data, then Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then choose a new password and confirm it by entering it again.
  4. A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to secure the change and validate the update.

Important

  • Changed phone number or email address: If you do not receive the verification code or confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
