How to Update My Postal Address (Personal or Business)?

You can update several personal details directly from your Sogexia client area.

To update your postal address, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account via the mobile app or at https://my.sogexia.com.
2. Go to the Settings tab in the main menu.
3. Select Update my data.
4. Enter your new postal address.
5. A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to secure the change and confirm the update.

• Changed phone number or email address: If you do not receive the verification code or confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
