You can update several personal details directly from your Sogexia client area.
To update your postal address, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via the mobile app or at https://my.sogexia.com.
- Go to the Settings tab in the main menu.
- Select Update my data.
- Enter your new postal address.
- A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to secure the change and confirm the update.
Important
- Changed phone number or email address: If you do not receive the verification code or confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.
