How to update my phone number?

To update the phone number linked to your Sogexia account;

1. Log in to your account from the following page: https://my.sogexia.com;
2. Click on the "Settings" tab in the main menu;
3. Click on the "Update my data" tab and choose "Phone number";
4. Enter your new phone number then click on "Update";
5. 3 validation methods will then be proposed to confirm the change:
   1. Sogexia Card: you will need to enter the PIN of one of your Sogexia card along with the last 4 digits of the card;
   2. SMS: an SMS including a validation code will be sent to your old phone number;
   3. Mail: a letter including a validation code will be sent to your postal address;
6. Once the validation is done, your number will either be updated immediately.
