I have not received a bank transfer

Transfers are credited in real time as soon as they are received. If the transfer does not appear in your account, it means we have not yet received it from the sending bank.

Key points about transfers

  • Receiving Times: We receive transfers from 05:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Real-Time Credit: Transfers are automatically and instantly credited as soon as they are received.
  • Email Notifications: You will receive an email as soon as a transfer is credited to your account, and also if a transfer is rejected.

Transfer reception times

The time it takes to receive a transfer can range from 24 to 72 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on interbank clearing cycles. Possible reasons for delays include:

  1. Processing by the sending bank: Some banks conduct security checks, which may delay the transfer.
  2. Execution day: Transfers are not processed on weekends, public holidays, and sometimes on Mondays depending on the bank.

What to do if the timeframe is exceeded?

If more than 72 working hours have passed, we recommend asking the sender for proof of execution. This document should include:

  • The sender's IBAN
  • The recipient's IBAN
  • The type of transfer (SEPA or SWIFT)
  • The execution date
  • The exact amount

Please send us this proof to help us identify the cause of the delay.
