I have not received a bank transfer

We credit transfers received in real time as soon as we receive them. If your transfer has not yet been credited to your account, this means that we have not yet received it from the issuing bank.

After 48 working hours (note that bank transfers are not processed during banking holidays, weekends and on Mondays in some banks) we invite you to ask a receipt from your bank in order to check the exact date of funds departure.

A lot of banks control transfers before sending them, it may lead to one additional working day between the day you made the transfer and the day of funds departure.

Warning: We only accept SEPA and SWIFT transfers in EURO for now. We don’t accept SWIFT transfers in other currencies than EURO for now. Please make sure to check the format of the transfer.

Note: you will receive an e-mail in real-time when a new bank transfer is credited onto your account.
