I have not received a bank transfer

After 48 working hours (note that bank transfers are not processed during banking holidays, weekends and on Mondays in some banks) we invite you to ask a receipt from your bank in order to check the exact date of funds departure.

A lot of banks control transfers before sending them, it may lead to one additional working day between the day you made the transfer and the day of funds departure.

Warning: We only accept EURO and SEPA transfers for now. We don’t accept SWIFT transfers, nor CRI transfers. Please make sure to check the format of the transfer.

Note : you will receive an e-mail in real-time when a new bank transfer is credited onto your account.
