How and until when can I cancel an outgoing transfer?

To cancel a transfer:

  • Login to your online account;
  • Then, click on the Transfers tab in the menu;
  • Finally click on the Cancel button in front of the transfer you want to cancel;

You can cancel a transfer until 15mn before its cut-off time on the day of its execution date. Cut-off times on working days start at 11:30am (French time) and 1:10pm.

Note: It is not possible to cancel an internal transfer, i.e., a transfer between Sogexia accounts.
