What are the processing times for transfers?
The processing times for a transfer depend on several factors:
- Type of transfer: SEPA (Eurozone) and SWIFT (international) transfers may have different processing times.
- Bank institutions: Each bank has its own processing schedules, which can affect the timeline.
- Execution time: Transfers are processed in multiple clearing cycles throughout the day (see below). Transfers made outside processing hours will be processed on the next business day.
- Security checks: Some transfers require additional checks to comply with regulations, which may extend the processing time.
Note: Internal transfers between two Sogexia accounts are immediate for both you and the recipient.
