For cards shipped to France and the French overseas departments, cards are sent by tracked letter. You will automatically receive the tracking number by email when your card is shipped (a few days after your order).
For cards shipped to the French overseas territories and European Union countries outside France, cards are sent by standard post.
The delivery time is approximately 5 working days for mainland France and 20 to 30 working days for French overseas departments and territories and other countries.
A ‘working day’ corresponds to a day worked, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note for businesses: cards are sent to the registered office address and not to the manager's address.
