For cards shipped to France and the French overseas departments, cards are sent by tracked letter. You will automatically receive the tracking number by email when your card is shipped (a few days after your order).
For cards shipped to the French overseas territories and European Union countries outside France, cards are sent by standard post.
The delivery time is 5 working days for mainland France and 20 to 30 working days for French overseas departments and territories and other countries.
A ‘working day’ corresponds to a day worked, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note for businesses: the cards are sent to the business' address and not to the address of the manager.
If this time is exceeded:
- Make sure the address you gave us when opening your account is as complete and accurate as possible. You can check that from your online account by clicking on your name in the top menu. If this is not the case, please contact us;
- Do not hesitate to contact your post office to check whether they have an undelivered letter to your attention.
If you have reasons to think that you will not receive your card (incorrect address, letter lost/stolen, etc.), please contact our customer service. We will cancel your card and send you a new one free of charge.
