My card is lost or stolen. How can I block it?

You can block your card from your online account by clicking on the "Cards" tab then on the "Block the card" button.

This will have the effect of blocking your card immediately and definitively.

You will be able thereafter to order a new one from your online portal by clicking on the "Renew" button.

Important information: If your card is lost or stolen or if you notice transactions on your account that haven't been initiated by you, you must cancel your card as soon as possible in order to avoid any risk of fraud with your card.
