Strong authentication
For certain transactions, depending on the merchant's requirements, you will need to validate the operation either:
- via your online account by entering a unique verification code sent by SMS; or
- via a notification received on your trusted device.
Real-time card lock
- If in doubt or if you misplace your card, you can temporarily lock it directly from your online account or the mobile app. This feature allows you to block the card's use instantly without permanently cancelling it.
- To reactivate your card, simply return to your settings and unlock it.
Real-time notifications
- You receive an email for every transaction made with your card. This allows you to track your expenses in real time and quickly identify any suspicious transactions.
Real-time limit monitoring

- From the My Limits tab in your online account, you can monitor your card usage limits in real time. This helps you manage spending limits and adjust your habits when necessary.

- In the event of confirmed fraud, Sogexia will assist you with the necessary steps to report unauthorised transactions to the relevant entities.
Tips to enhance your card's security
- Keep your card locked when in doubt: If your card is lost or you suspect it has been compromised, lock it immediately through your online account.
- Monitor your account: Regularly review your transaction history to quickly detect any unusual activity.
