Your Sogexia card is issued inactive. And its secret code is not sent by post.
To activate your card and find out your secret code :
- You must activate your card by clicking on the ACTIVATE button in the ‘CARDS’ tab of your customer area;
- You will be asked to enter the last 4 digits of the 16-digit number on the front of your card;
- You will then receive an SMS with a 6-digit code that you will need to enter in your customer area.
Please note that the validation code is a series of 6 digits after the hyphen (-) in the text message; - Your 4-digit secret code will appear by clicking on the green rectangle labelled ‘see secret code’.
Reminder:
- The card can only be activated if your identity has been validated;
- Make sure that the telephone number associated with the account is up to date and correctly entered;
- If you do not receive the text message, click on ‘I AM BLOCKED’ on the page asking for the code sent to you by text message.
