I have not received a transfer, what can I do?

After 48 working hours (note that there transfer are not processed during weekends and on Mondays in some banks) we invite you to ask a receipt from your bank in order to check the exact date of funds departure.

A lot of banks control transfers before sending them, it may lead to one additional working day between the day you made the transfer and the day of funds departure.

Warning: We only accept EURO and SEPA transfers for now. We don’t accept SWIFT transfers, nor CRI transfers. Please make sure to check the format of the transfer.
