When are transfer times and bank holidays?

In order to provide you with the best quality of service, we are fully committed to processing your transfers as quickly as possible. Execution times depend on several factors:

  • The type of transfer: SEPA or SWIFT;
  • The issuing or beneficiary bank: each institution has its own operating hours and protocols, which can delay the execution of a transfer;
  • The time or day of execution: transfers are not processed at weekends or on bank holidays (listed below), and some banks do not process them on Mondays either. Clearance times are listed below;
  • Any necessary security checks to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

To avoid any delays or inconvenience, be sure to anticipate your transactions and check the IBAN details you enter or send when making a transfer.

How to track your transfers:

  1. In the "Upcoming" section of your customer area, you can view scheduled outgoing transfers and incoming transfers that are undergoing security checks. If they appear in this section, the amounts have not yet been debited or credited to your account;
  2. Once a transfer has been executed or approved by our teams, an email is sent to you in real time;
  3. Finally, debited or credited amounts appear in the "History" section of your customer area.

Note: Transfers between 2 Sogexia accounts (called instant transfers) are immediate for both you and the beneficiary.
