Update my postal address:
- If your proof of address (or that of the person associated with your account) has not yet been validated, click on the "Settings" tab of your online account and then on the "Contact", "Company" or "Beneficiaries" tab, depending on the address you wish to update;
- If your proof of address (or that of the person associated with your account) has already been validated, please send us a proof of address mentioning your new address + a copy of your identity card: click here
Update my password:
- Log in to your account from the mobile app or from the following page: https://my.sogexia.com;
- Click on the "Settings" tab from the main menu;
- Click on the "Password" tab from the sub-menu then follow the procedure displayed on the screen.
Update my e-mail address:
- Log in to your account from the mobile app or from the following page: https://my.sogexia.com;
- Click on the "Settings" tab from the main menu;
- Click on the "Email" tab from the sub-menu then follow the procedure displayed on the screen.
