My card will expire soon, how to replace it?

If you have used your card in the period of 2 months before its expiry date, we will send a new replacement card automatically to your address before its expiry date.

If you have not used your card in the period of 2 months before its expiry date, we will send you an email asking whether you would like to receive a new replacement card or not.

For information:

  • The number and PIN of your new card will be different than your previous ones
  • You will need to activate your new replacement card as you did with the previous one
  • Replacement fee may apply, please refer to the terms and conditions of your card for more information
