My card is lost or stolen. How can I cancel it?

You can cancel your card yourself from your online portal, section "My cards" (or "My card"), then "Cancellation".

This will have the effect of blocking your card immediately and definitively.

You will be able thereafter to order a new one from your online portal or contact the company that gave it to you in order to ask for a replacement.

Important information : If your card is lost or stolen or if you notice transactions on your account that haven't been initiated by you, you must cancel your card as soon as possible in order to avoid any risk of fraud with your card.
