Am I entitled to an overdraft with my SmartPay account?

Your account is a prepaid account and therefore cannot be overdrawn.

Before making any transaction, please ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the amount of the transaction.

In the unlikely event that your account's balance becomes overdrawn (forced transaction by a merchant, exchange rate variation between the authorisation and settlement or offline terminal), you should credit your account with the amount needed to restore a positive or zero balance ASAP.
